Jake’s got himself a mine over in Golper's Gulch and ya got to hand it to ol’ Jake. He first started mining for silver - soon discovered that there weren’t none, so he started sellin’ off the rocks instead. Moves it out of the Gulch in hopper barges pushed by this here river pushboat. Probably earned more money than any ol’ worthless silver mine.
